Gettysburg Landscape Yard would like the opportunity to help you with any clean-up projects that you may have. We have roll off containers in 12 yard, 15 yard and 20 yard sizes. We deliver the container and pick it up at your convenience. See the price list for details of what you can and cannot place in the containers. We are a small business and would greatly appreciate a chance to help get you a container that will serve your needs.

Sizes and Dimensions of Roll-Offs

12 Yard = 14 ft. Length x 7 ft. Width x 4.5 ft. Height.
15 Yard = 14 ft. Length x 7 ft. Width x 5 ft. Height.
20 Yard = 16 ft. Length x 7 ft. Width x 6 ft. Height.

Rental Terms

  1. Delivery time is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM through 2:00 PM.
  2. Delivery area must be accessible for our drivers. Also, please ensure that nothing is blocking the roll-off on your scheduled collection day.
  3. We do not guarantee specific delivery or removal times. If driver is turned away for any reason, a $65.00 turn away fee will be charged.
  4. When calling for a roll-off, we will need to know the delivery address, placement of box, delivery date, and billing address.
  5. The roll-off will automatically be picked up on the 14th day; however, you may call for an extension. YOU MUST CALL AT LEAST ONE DAY PRIOR TO YOUR COLLECTION DATE. Same day calls are subject to a trip fee if the truck has already been dispatched.
  6. If your project is complete prior to the schedueled pick-up date, you may call for an early pick up. No discounts will be given for an early pick up.
  7. Items places in the roll-off cannot exceed the maximum fill line. If contents exceed and we cannot collect, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A TRIP FEE. You will also be responsible for removing contents prior to our return.
  8. NO TIRES, WET PAINT, ELECTRONICS, GASOLINE, KEROSENE, DIESEL FUEL, OIL, PESTICIDES, HERBICIDES, OR HAZARDOUS WASTE NOT SPECIFICALLY LISTED, IS PERMITTED IN THE ROLL-OFF.
  9. NO DIRT, GRAVEL, ASPHALT OR CONCRETE ARE PERMITTED IN THE ROLL-OFF.
  10. If your weight exceeds the amount listed above, the additional weight is billed at the rate of $110.00 per ton.
